Group coaching for women who are ready to meet their fitness goals with community.
This is small group personal training designed to give you the energy of a group and the support of a coach who knows your needs. With a max of 4 people per session, you’ll get personalized attention, injury adjustments, and a program that meets you where you’re at without getting lost in a big class. The goal is to help you feel confident, supported and challenged in a way that fits your skill level.
About In Person Training
This is for women who want the accountability of a coach and motivation of a group, but don’t want to feel overlooked in a crowded class. Whether you’re brand new to fitness, coming back after time off, or looking for extra support in your workouts, this is for you. You’ll thrive if you enjoy a community feel, want guidance for your individual needs, and love having people cheer you on while you put in the work.
Who It’s For
How Does it Work
We’ll start with an on-boarding so I can understand your goals, lifestyle, and any injuries or limitations. From there you’ll join your small group sessions (no more than 3 other people), where each workout is designed with progressions and modifications so everyone can work at their own level. I’ll guide you through exercises, help with form, and make sure you’re being safely challenged. You’ll also have access to my coaching app for extra accountability, video demos, progress tracking, and habit-building goals to keep you consistent between sessions.
