What started as my personal journey to feel whole again turned into a lifestyle grounded in healing and mindset shifts. Through fitness, I rebuilt my body, restored my confidence, and reclaimed my peace of mind.

When I saw the transformation it unlocked for me, I knew I couldn’t keep it to myself. That’s why I became a personal trainer to help women find their own fresh start.

I realized that the fitness industry can sometimes overcomplicate getting in shape which in return scares people away from starting. What was missing was a space for women to grow without judgment and unrealistic expectations. That’s the heart and inspiration of Train with KD.

I’ll never forget when a client once told me, “You saved my life by accepting me.” That moment reminded me that this work is about so much more than workouts, but it’s about transformation from the inside out.

Train with KD was created to give women a wholistic space to restore self-trust, rewire unhealthy patterns, and redefine what health looks like on their own terms. I encourage women to strengthen their mindsets, build consistent habits, and become whole.
